Sharing, international processing, and retention
Relevant information may be shared with the order's seller, carriers, Stripe, email and hosting providers, fraud-prevention services, professional advisers, and authorities when necessary.
Providers may process data in other countries. Henna1st uses the safeguards required for the relevant transfer and service relationship.
Records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for accounts, orders, support, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, disputes, chargebacks, and legal compliance, then deleted or anonymized.

Your privacy choices
Email support@henna1st.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where the applicable law grants that right.
Include the account email and enough information to verify the request. Henna1st may request identity verification and may retain records that lawfully cannot yet be deleted.
Marketing messages include an unsubscribe route. Service, security, order, and legal notices may still be sent when required to operate an account or transaction.
Cookie choices are described in the Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies and marketing technologies require the consent applicable in the user's location.

Report privacy or security concerns to support@henna1st.com. Users may also complain to the competent data-protection authority where that right applies.
Henna1st uses proportionate administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
