The product name, format, quantity and intended use should be represented correctly.
Ingredient information should be complete and should not be hidden behind unsupported marketing language.
Preparation, application, storage and warning information should be available where relevant.
Batch, manufacturing, expiry, origin or seller information should be supplied when applicable.
Henna1st does not permit products marketed as black henna when they contain PPD or other prohibited ingredients under our marketplace rules. Sellers must not disguise chemical colorants as pure natural henna or make medical and safety claims they cannot support.
A verified or approved listing does not eliminate the need for customers to read the label, follow directions and complete any manufacturer-directed patch or strand test.
Marketplace quality is an ongoing process. We may review listing information, request supporting documentation, investigate reports, require corrections, restrict a listing or remove products that do not meet applicable requirements.
Customers and professionals can also report inaccurate, unsafe or misleading listings. Those reports help us improve the marketplace.
