Track Order

Tracking becomes available after the seller or fulfilment partner dispatches the order and provides carrier information.

Tracking steps

Open the order in your account.
Review the carrier, tracking number, latest scan, and estimated delivery.
Allow time for the first carrier scan after dispatch.
Contact support when tracking is invalid, stalled unusually long, or marked delivered but not received.
